This photograph was attached to a letter to Peggy Burke dated October 26, 1942. The El Tahag Mobilization Camp was a major distribution point for people and equipment, located near Sweet Water Canal (now Ismailia Canal), about 50 miles Northeast of Cairo, Egypt. The vehicle on the right Arthur Howe, Jr.'s lorry.
