This image (Digital ID: SB_0100) is found on page 11 (Digital ID: IMG_0543) of William B. Kinter's scrapbook. William B. Kinter's margin notes: "Kids helping me wash my new jeep ambulance – gave them each a candy bar from the P.X. – left the J&K’s May 12th when I got the jeep & was with various Field Ambulances & a Reg. of Yorks & Lancs [Yorkshire & Lancashire] until June. Got down thru Pegu & as far as Hlegu, 28 mi. from Rangoon. Then in June, 9 of us were sent to the S.S.S. [Southern Shan States]."
